Building Crafts College, Internal & External Reconfiguration Works -
We visually enhanced the student front facing areas by refreshing finishes and reconfiguring inefficiently used rooms which have been opened up to provide more vibrant teaching spaces. Providing new office space by converting the former caretakers flat into a new staff and administration area. Reconfiguring and re-landscaping external areas to provide outside storage and student recreational space.

129 Wilton Road - Various client aftercare services providing a new IT support suite, reconfiguration of modular office space & providing a new print area.

22 Bishopsgate - Alterations to an existing office space for a sub-let tenant providing a new access control system, comms room power & installation of AV to the meeting rooms.

Maintenance Services

Carpenters Hall & The Building Crafts College

A detailed visual survey was carried out at each property to ascertain the general condition of the installation in order to produce a detailed asset list which forms part of the maintenance agreement and annual planner we produced. Many parts of Carpenters Hall are listed and therefore require a high level of planning and attention to detail on an aging installation

We have also brought the essential record information up to date or in some cases produced new where it did not exist and created bespoke drawings and schedules for each site.
We have also forecast future expenditure and provided a life cycle plan so our clients can budget and prepare for years to come rather than having to react and spend unexpected funds which have not been budgeted for.

Surveying & Reporting

Earls Terrace & Anglo American

Earls Terrace - Earls Terrace is a street in Kensington, London, W8. It has houses on one side only, a terrace of 25 Georgian houses, built in 1800–1810, all of which are Grade II listed. Following the completion of an ECIR a number of key issues were identified and further survey works on the car park extract system, generator and emergency light scheme were required. Our recommendations were reported and instructed to be rectified by the client's FM team.

Anglo American - After the completion of a cat B fit out, unfortunately only 6 months later a boosted water service pipe fitting failed and flooded a portion of the building from the 6th to 1st floor. We were instructed by the loss adjuster to carry out an independent survey and report on the damage to the electrical services and provide a budget cost plan to replace them.
